We used Silverstream Land to dispose of our 7 acre Metal Waste Recycling plant. They provided a dual exit strategy linked to the current use whilst in parallel with their partner ET Planning applying to change the use of the site to B8 open storage and distribution. The consent was successfully obtained and maximum value for the site achieved with multiple offers. We have since retained Silverstream to manage our entire property portfolio and planning permissions along with ET Planning.
